Steve Conley: Championing Health Equity and Chronic Pain Relief for African American Communities

Steve Conley is a visionary leader and multifaceted entrepreneur dedicated to addressing African American healthcare disparities, with a focus on reducing chronic pain in underserved communities. His mission extends to improving the lives of seniors in low-rated nursing homes and empowering youth through education on the Power of Nature in alleviating pain and promoting wellness.


Steve began his career in the Financial Services industry in 1981, quickly rising to prominence as a regional sales leader. In 1986, he became the first independent operator of an Allstate Insurance Agency, where he developed personalized financial strategies to uplift individuals and families within his community. His innovative approach to financial services laid the foundation for a career defined by leadership and advocacy.


In 2017, Steve entered the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain, where he became known as the Bitcoin  Professor, teaching cryptocurrency fundamentals and empowering others to explore emerging financial technologies through BitcoinProfessor.net.


Since 2019, Steve has been collaborating with Molecular Labs, where he played a pivotal role in the healthcare response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He spearheaded the establishment of the first COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing Sites in North St. Louis and North St. Louis County (Ferguson, MO), providing hard to find testing kits & other vital resources to underserved areas during a critical time. His current work with seniors also includes Advanced Wound Healing initiatives, focusing on preventing amputations and improving quality of life for  vulnerable populations.


Steve also serves as the current Executive Director of Omega XI Humanitarian Corporation, which focuses on educating Veterans and Seniors about medicinal cannabis, the projected benefits, and potential risks. This program utilizes one of the most studied medical cannabis products ever (Non Euphoric Photocannabinoid Elixir, NEPE14), put through rigorous research by academia and military labs, to explore  innovative solutions for managing pain and enhancing wellness.


Currently serving as the Co-Executive Director and Global Director of Community Initiatives & Humanitarian Efforts at The Collective Works Foundation (CWF), Steve leads collaborations that transform health and wellness knowledge into measurable outcomes. His efforts aim to provide practical solutions for vulnerable populations, including seniors and youth, fostering healthier communities.


As the CEO of Power of Nature, Inc. and Founder of The Well-Volution Network, Steve is at the forefront of integrating natural remedies and emerging therapies to combat chronic pain and illness. His deep study of plants, herbs, and their medicinal applications underscores his innovative approach to holistic health solutions.


Steve’s dedication to community well-being extends to his role as Board Chair of Veterans Benefits USA, where he helps military veterans access life-changing resources. He is also the Founder of We Care Worldwide, a  humanitarian initiative active since 2005, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to cause-driven work.


Throughout his career, Steve has orchestrated impactful events that resonate globally. As Vice President and Board Executive for Africans Unite Against AIDS Globally, he helped produce the largest AIDS awareness concert in history, drawing over 500,000 attendees in Nairobi, Kenya. Additionally, he was the Executive Director of the Supermarket of Veterans Benefits at Chicago’s Navy Pier, the largest veterans benefits expo to date, hosting 25,000 attendees.


Steve Conley’s diverse expertise, spanning health, financial services, technology, and humanitarian efforts, fuels his holistic approach to addressing systemic disparities and empowering communities. Through education, innovation, and advocacy, Steve continues to inspire change, championing health equity for African Americans and beyond.
