Dr. Rosa Kincaid is a dedicated holistic medical practitioner with over 40 years of experience in family medicine, specializing in plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Her journey began in 1971 when she recognized the profound connection between food and health. After successfully transforming her son's chronic asthma through dietary changes, Dr. Kincaid pursued a medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine to deepen her understanding of the human body and wellness.

As a licensed physician and surgeon, Dr. Kincaid has worked in various capacities, including at a Federally Funded clinic in Sikeston, Missouri, where she focused on educating underserved communities about nutrition's role in health. She has conducted raw-food preparation workshops across numerous platforms and has been an advocate for plant-based diets, testifying before the CDC and the American Medical Association on their benefits.

Dr. Rosa Kincaid's commitment to holistic health extends beyond her medical practice. As a certified Zumba instructor since 2016, she actively promotes physical wellness through engaging, high-energy dance fitness classes, including both basic Zumba and STRONG Nation programs. This unique blend of medical expertise and fitness instruction underscores Dr. Kincaid's dedication to comprehensive health and her belief in the power of joyful movement as a component of overall wellness.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine and a certified acupuncturist, Dr. Kincaid embodies her philosophy of treating the root causes of illness rather than just symptoms. She is passionate about empowering her patients to unleash their innate healing potential through informed lifestyle choices.
